Vapt Food — Delivery ERP and marketplace
SaaS that gives local businesses a sales channel of their own, with the order and the operation in a single panel.
The challenge
A neighborhood business that wants to sell online has two bad options: join a marketplace that charges commission on every order and keeps the customer relationship, or take orders over WhatsApp and run the operation on paper — no reliable menu, no history and no predictable delivery. The product had to solve both ends at once: the storefront for the end customer and the system the store uses at the counter, without becoming two separate products.
Our approach
A multi-tenant SaaS with per-store data isolation: each business gets its own catalog, digital menu and panel on top of the same base. The storefront uses the customer's geolocation to show the stores that deliver to their address and to calculate the fee before checkout; on the other side, the store panel receives the order and moves its status in real time. React with Vite and TypeScript on the front, a PHP Slim API, SQLite for data and a containerized environment with Docker.
The result
The platform is live at vapt.delivery, open for store sign-ups and running end to end — from location-based discovery to order tracking in the store panel.
